Bay for a Day: Temporary Pallet Rack Storage
NW Flex Space is pleased to offer users additional temporary storage space in designated bays located at select locations. This self-storage space can be utilized by any users for temporary storage of palletized goods without any long-term commitments or additional contracts. Below, you'll find the rules for this program and the contact form you'll need to complete to utilize your bay.
The Rules
- Individual 4' x 4' bays are offered for use at a rate of $10 per calendar day. Oversized pallets extending into additional bays will be charged the full bay rate.
- Bays must be reserved on the white board to confirm no overlapping reservations (please click here for an example for how to fill out the whiteboard). Once confirmed, please fill out the form to the left to complete your reservation.
- Charges for bay rentals will be assessed via your AppFolio account.
- Payments for bays must be made with your next month's usage payment.
- Bays may be utilized for up to 14 (fourteen) days at a time. Users who stay beyond the maximum occupancy duration will be charged $20 per calendar day for each day beyond the maximum duration.
- Bays may be utilized only by current NW Flex Space tenants and licensees.
- The maximum weight per racked pallet is 1,500 lbs. Pallets stored on floor bays are not subject to weight restrictions.
- Unreserved bays are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Bays are fully self-service: NW Flex Space staff cannot place or remove pallets for users.
- If pallet charges are not paid within the guidelines above, the pallets may be removed from the bays by NW Flex Space staff at the owner's expense and may be subject to additional fines.
- If a pallet is left in a bay beyond the reserved duration and interferes with another user's reservation, NW Flex Space may remove the pallet from the bay at the owner's expense.
- NW Flex Space assumes no liability for user pallets, including damage or loss committed by other users of the property nor damage or loss occurring from pallets being removed from bays by NW Flex Space staff in accordance with the above rules.
