NW Flex Space Tenant Insurance Submission

NW Flex Space tenants are required to secure and maintain insurance to remain in compliance with their lease agreement. An adequate policy must maintain:

A) Commercial General Liability Insurance, insuring both the Lessor and Lessee against death and personal injuries, as well as damage to the property, in connection with Lessee's use and occupancy of the Premises, in an amount equal to, not less than, One Million and 00/100 US Dollars ($1,000,000).

B) Fire, Casualty, and Extended Coverage Insurance covering Lessee's equipment and personal property on or about the Premises, insuring Lessee for the full insurable value thereof on a replacement cost basis.

C) Worker's Compensation Insurance (when required by law).

Prior to the Lease Commencement Date, Lessee's must furnish to NW Flex Space a Certificate of Insurance evidencing such coverage, with the Lessor and the Master Lessor Property Owner named as additional insureds.

Prospective tenants who do not furnish the appropriate documents by the Commencement Date of their lease will not be allowed access to their space and will remain liable for all occupancy costs until documentation is received.
