Report Mail Issues

Due to the volume of mail received across our campuses and the diverse types of deliveries our tenants receive, NW Flex Space cannot manage the arrival of your mail and packages. However, we do take efforts to make it as easy as possible for your delivery partners at Amazon, FedEx, UPS, USPS and other carriers to reach you. To that end, we have:

• Provided all major carriers with access codes to our building
• Designated parcel delivery and pickup areas in buildings
• Improved signage and building maps

Delivery issues do still happen and we want to do our part to ensure that our building is not creating any unnecessary barriers for your delivery partners. If you do experience an issue with either a package delivery or pickup, please use the below form to report it. This will help us track what issues that we're having to resolve them with your delivery partners.
