New Tenant Building Access Submission Form

Welcome to NW Flex Space!

NW Flex Space premises are access-controlled facilities. All users of our properties are required to carry access badges at all times. In addition to enhancing the security of our building, our access badges also allow users to use additional building amenities, such as our forklifts and on-site commercial printer.

Please use the below form to submit your personnel information so we can setup your users for access. All of your information is kept confidential and will not be shared or used for any purposes beyond accessing and using the building amenities. 

 A few notes before you start filling this out:

• Forklift Certified: NW Flex Space provides shared forklifts for tenant use on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a certified forklift operator on your team, we can activate their badge to enable the use of the lift truck. Once you complete this form you will be directed to another that will allow you to upload the user's proof of certification.
• Entrance Callboxes: the access panels that our badges read also feature call functionality that allows visitors to the building to contact users directly. This is a great tool to help facilitate your delivery and visitor access. The access panels work very similarly to a smart phone, and when your visitors arrive, you can instruct them ahead of time to use the panel to call you to let you know they've arrived. Any user who will handling deliveries, interfacing with customers or vendors, or who may have occasional visitors will want to be added to the callbox.
• Photos Required: Our badges are photo IDs, so photos are required for any user seeking access. Please submit photos that clearly show the user's face. These don't have to be photo studio headshots - selfies are very acceptable!
